Group for discussion in within the expert community of Kazakhstan. Where and how to develop, what are the new growth points? How have society's expectations changed today? What should form the basis of systemic reforms? What should be the principles of formation and what are the best tools for implementing specific public policies?
The Kazakhstan Expert Club was initiated by the Institute of International Economics and Politics (IMEP IWEP) and will present a series of research studies launched on behalf of the First President's Foundation - Elbasy - in 2019. The conclusions and results presented here are advisory in nature and are not an alternative part of a proposed agenda.
The presented books are the result of a comprehensive scientific and practical study of factors and conditions for the development of the economy of Kazakhstan. The study was conducted by a group of international and Kazakhstani experts. The objectives of the study covered a wide range of issues: from the peculiarities of the formation of human, natural, industrial and infrastructure capital of the country, to the formation of formal and informal institutions necessary for the qualitative and effective modernization of the economy and society, and the identification of priority areas for the implementation of socio-economic reforms ensuring entry into 30 developed countries.

A system set of recommendations has been developed on for the application of economic modeling of scenario forecasts of economic development, as well as the assessment of implemented public policy measures.

The book study has developed proposals and solutions to improve the efficiency of various targeted sectors of the economy and the implementation of structural reforms necessary for the transition to the stage of the an industrial economy and post-industrial development of society.
Human capital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The book study explores the relevant totality of factors of human capital, especially particularly the value qualities that determined the state of social capital of Kazakhstan. Initiatives are proposed for the formation development of human capital necessary for the sustainable growth of welfare and competitiveness of the economy.

The book study explores the issues of interaction and the nature of the participation of the state apparatus, as well as and society, in the development of the current and future model of government. The problem areas of public administration are identified and initiatives for the transformation of management systems and forms of interaction between the state and citizens are proposed.
